ALG Supporters Help Defeat Bad Election Bill

Shout out to all our great supporters and followers - you helped defeat the Democrat's vote rigging bill in the U.S. Senate. With today's ALG Minute, I'm Catherine Mortensen. Each week we give you opportunities to easily send your congressman and senator an email on an issue that you care about. If you ever wonder if your emails make a difference -- the answer is YES. This week Senators rejected Chuck Schumer's no-good election bill -- the one that sought to give Democrats a permanent electoral advantage. All 50 Republicans stood firm against it -- Democrats needed ten of them to cross the aisle to break a filibuster. Collectively, you all send more than twenty-five thousand emails to your senators and congressman urging them to reject HR1, S1, and the latest compromise bill in the Senate. They listened!
