How to make Montreal chicken seasoning at home

Thanks for watching Its Only Food w/Chef John Politte. In this video we are showing you how to make Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
• ½ cup coarse black pepper
• ¼ cup kosher salt
• 2 Tablespoon dehydrated garlic
• 2 Tablespoon dehydrated onion
• 1 ½ Tablespoon smoked paprika
• ½ Tablespoon orange peel

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Yield 1 ¼ cup. Enjoy!
