Mr. Rat Sniffs the Trap

I installed the trap (see other video) with bait consisting of sunflower butter, bacon grease, & bird seed. This is the same location where Mr. Rat ate a worm the night before. As you can see he shows up again (3:05 AM), but doesn't get close to the trap. I was careful to use latex gloves while handling and installing the trap in this location. Our cat was out last night so that might have made Mr. Rat nervous. We'll see what happens tonight.
