NSA Reveals 16,000 Americans Surveilled by FBI, 3617

Good evening , I’m still reporting on the coup.
First of all, we will be doing our livestream tonight at 7pm Eastern daylight time.
Big news from the NSA. According to Joe Hoft of the Gateway Pundit, reported that Ty Clevenger, the attorney who has been trying to get to the bottom of Seth Rich’s death has made a major breakthrough in the FBI’s role in this matter and other matters as well.
Clevenger has had long-standing FOIA (freedom of information act) requests in to the FBI trying to get access to what the FBI knows about Seth Rich’s death – the DNC data center manager who apparently was the one that leaked embarrassing DNC emails during the run-up to the 2016 election that put President Trump into the White House.
Finally, the FBI agreed to give up the information, but at a snail’s pace that would require decades to complete.

The 9 days ago, the NSA, perhaps tired of seeing this deep state coup d’état continue, sent Clevenger a letter that they will provide records that show that the FBI has been illegally spying on 16,000 Americans!
Whoah! Yes, according to former NSA Technical head, Bill Binney, the NSA has been collecting information on most American, for many years, but the question is who’s side is who on.
The FBI has for decades been accused of using its investigative powers for nefarious purposes, but if the NSA not so much.
The FBI has always been headed by a civilian, but the NSA, which holds this nation’s most secretive communications intelligence capabilities, has always been headed by a flag officer of one of the three major military services.
Why? Because military folk take the security of this nation seriously. Not so much with the FBI, and with the ascension of FBI chief Christopher Wray, that’s really starting to show.
So here is the remarkable letter sent to Ty Clevenger 9 days ago by the NSA’s head of FOIA appeals, Linda M. Kiyosaki.
“dear Ty clevenger:

Thank you for your 22nd March 2021 correspondence, appealing the response from the National Security Agency to your request under the Freedom of Information act you had requested all documents records and other tangible evidence reflecting improper surveillance of 16,000 individuals described in a six December 2019 FISC opinion. Your initial request an appeal has been processed under FOIA.
I have reviewed your request, the agency is 5 March 2021 response to you, and your letter of appeal. Based on my review, I am granting your appeal. Your request has been returned to the FOIA office to process your request.

Given your FOIA request is now the subject of litigation in the Eastern District of Texas, questions regarding the request should be communicated directly to the Department of Justice attorney representing the government in that litigation.”
now I'm not sure whether this means that the DOJ can still attempt to block the release of these 16,000 names and what this surveillance achieved or intended to achieve.

But it certainly must be good news of some sort. According to the gateway pandent article, cleavenger believes there may be some friction between FBI and NSA. And that friction, in my opinion, is it the NSA knows there is an ongoing coup and is doing what it can within their few legal remedies to stop it.
I've contacted bill binney and ask him to be on our live stream this evening, but he has not responded.
That is entirely understandable because Mr BINNEY has been under incredible pressure from some sort of directed energy weapon, so I believe he has essentially gone underground in an attempt at nothing more than self preservation. We will see in the coming weeks if he resurfaces, and I hope he will.
It would be a great thing to have the NSA use their Titanic powers to expose this coup détat and ultimately help bring the perpetrators to justice.
I’m still reporting from just outside the citadel of world freedom. Good day.
