Street Magician Shows A Different Kind Of Card Trick

In front of George M. Cohan’s statue in Times Square this brilliant magician demonstrated the bystanding crowd a magic trick that has not been seen before. Dave Cremin is well-known for his card tricks. This, however, is unlike anything you’ve seen before. Think there was some editing involved? We will let you be the judge.

Usually, when a card trick is involved, the magician asks someone from the audience to pick a card from a seemingly ordinary deck. This trick is no different. Dave tells his audience that his next trick is over 5000 years old. He lets a random passerby to pick a card and commit it to memory. He then confesses that his deck, however ordinary, means a great deal to him. He starts slamming the cards stack by stack on the pavement, then waves his hand above the cards like he is calling them to come to life and surely enough, they form a little man that starts moving on his own.

The “creature” moves around between the folks, then approaches the guy that picked a card and hands him one. Surely enough, it is the one he picked. The video, however impressive, is a bit odd. We will say nothing more.
