Mark and Patricia McCloskey Plea To Lesser Charges & Lose Their Guns!

The McCloskey's case had some insane twists and turns and ended on a sour note this week.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey were defending their home in a gated community that was infiltrated by 'peaceful BLM protestor's' on their way to harass a city council member in the same neighborhood. Instead of charging the mob roaming the streets and breaking down the gate to get in, the McCloskey's were charged, arrested and had their firearms confiscated. Kim Garner, the District Attorney on the case, conducted her investigation in a way that got her thrown off the case (reassembling non firing firearms in order to charge the couple with more offences) in what should have resulted in a mistrial or charges being outright dismissed. Instead, to make a long story short, they ended up settling for a plea deal and forfeiting the confiscated weapons.
