Hi guys this was a session where I felt I could do Deadlift all, I was in a groove and the bar moved really well. It is all about doing basics correct and that session I did everything correct.
The approach and execution of the Lift has to be Mechanically optimal. The videos show how I slowly approach the bar and do not rush anything. I hope you get something from this video. Please give it a Rumble
