WHY DO WE NEED TO DISCUSS MENTAL HEALTH...
Our entire lives had been plagued by high-functioning loneliness and sadness. We came from diverse backgrounds and lived in separate states, but when we met, we recognized we were dealing with similar challenges that highlighted a major concern among our generation of young adults. We had no idea who we were, what we were passionate about, why we should live, or where our lives were “supposed” to lead. We spent a lot of time wandering about in quest of that mythical "solution" that would fix all of our problems (as I'm sure most of you are right now), but the more we looked outside, the more evident the emptiness inside of us felt.

Millions of people suffer in silence as a result of mental health difficulties. Despite this, there are still taboos surrounding publicly discussing significant mental health subjects such as loneliness, sadness, and anxiety in our society. As a result, our young adults are unsure of how to constructively discuss it, who to turn to, or what tools they have to address this real-life threat to their well-being.
