Is it time to rethink roofing?

What should you do if you’re thinking about reroofing this year?

When speaking with Building Owners recently we find they are typically worried with long lead times, concerned about rapid inflation and frustrated that their projects may not get built this year.

Is it time to think differently about your approach to roofing this year? Should #Restoration and #Coatings be part of your thought process?

Of course, as I’ve said before, if your roof is shot, it likely needs to be replaced. There is not enough “pixie dust” in the world to make it new again. In that case, Plan Ahead so that your project can move ahead as soon as possible.

But if restoration is an option, consider that coating products are currently available, prices tend to be much more stable when compared to other roofing options, and there are many choices available.
