This 45 moment HIIT exercise will consume quick, form muscle and get you fit as a fiddle. We use 4 moves for each round and at 40/20 work/rest stretch. 8 absolute rounds and a 5 moment burpee stretch toward the end. No hardware essential. Bodyweight exercise.
