Pink salmon in creamy sauce

Ingredients:

Pink salmon fillet - 500g
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp (5g)
Processed cheese (here fetaxa) - 100g
10% cream - 100g
Tomatoes - 100g
Salt and spices to taste

Cooking:

Cut the fish into pieces, salt, put on a preheated, oiled frying pan.
Fry on both sides to brown. Add tomatoes, spices, cream, grated processed cheese. Bring the cheese to melt, stirring occasionally, pour the sauce over the fish.
