CNN sent a national correspondent to House Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's district in Bakersfield, Calif., to get voters to complain about their representative. The effort fell flat, particularly with one man who told the CNN reporter he had no interest in talking with them after "reading your guys post and how you twist everything."

In the full segment CNN aired, most voters weren't willing to criticize McCarthy.
