Bee's Knees
To make honey syrup:
In a small pot or saucepan, combine:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
Heat on medium-low and stir until honey is dissolved. Store chilled.

In a shaker, combine:
Ice
The juice of 1/4 a lemon
1 teaspoon of honey syrup
1/2 glass (1 oz.) of gin
Shake well and serve in a champagne coup.

Elegant
In a rocks glass, combine:
Ice
1 dash of Grand Marnier
1/2 glass (1 oz.) of French vermouth (dry)
1/2 glass (1 oz.) of gin.
Stir well and serve.

Corpse Reviver No. 2
In a tumbler, combine:
1 large ice cube
The juice of 1/4 a lemon
1 glass (2 oz.) of Anis (Pernod or Absinthe)
Fill with Champagne
Stir and serve.
