RECIPE:
2 cups wholewheat flour
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried active yeast
1 teaspoon salt.

Mix everything together in a bowl until it forms a wet dough. Cover it with cling film and leave 12-14 hours.

When it's doubled in size, turn out onto a floured surface and #shape. Let prove for another 30-40 #minutes, then pop into a hot oven for approximately 30 minutes. It's ready when, well, it looks #ready.
