Live - Unlawful Arraignment for Kirk Pendergrass

This arraignment is as a result of yesterday's display of Judge Daniel Steckel unlawfully practicing law from the bench by not allowing Kirk to represent Casey Baker for his case regarding his unlawful arrest for defending himself, his wife, as well as other members of the community from inappropriate force and violence from Ada county sheriffs at the Ada County Courthouse, on March 15th, 2021.

Additionally, Judge Steckel knowingly, going against the ample advisement provided by Mr. Pendergrass, deprived his rights, Casey Baker's Rights, as well as mine.

This is a fair notice. Formal complaints and lawsuits will be pursued if these God-given rights are knowingly violated.

In this case, these rights have already been knowingly violated by Prosecutor Brett Judd, Judge Michael Lojek, Judicial Officer Steckel, and Judicial Officer Thomas Watkins.

Let's go ahead and add Judge Kimball to that list. God bless him.
