After a hiatus due to the pandemic San Mateo County has relaunched its #STEP program. S.T.E.P. stands for Saturation Traffic Enforcement Program and they target drivers not following the rules of the road. Traffic officers from multiple cities in San Mateo County converge on different hot spots educating drivers and pedestrians on safe practices. Caught Misbehaving's Stanley Roberts was invited to attend.
