When Hollywood tells the truth

A Clip from the TV show Star Trek: Deep Space 9's Episode "Past Tense". In this two part episode main characters are teleported to their past where there are so-called Sanctuary cities where Americans are corralled for being undesirable. Intake looks a lot like the Welfare or Social Security offices. This particular scene is where residence of the Sanctuary revolt and hold employees hostage. This conversation is between a government employee and a main character as they discuss the situation with the Sanctuary city arrangement.
