Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the COVID 19 numbers of infections and deaths in the U.S. and India. Comparing the numbers in the two countries as well as the numbers in Brazil. Stating that countries eating a western diet had much worse outcomes than countries eating an Asian diet.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from the University of Washington. Finding that a sugar found in honey called trehalose was able to reduce plaque in the arteries by up to 30%. The plaque can lead to atherosclerosis and hardening of the arteries. Which can cause high blood pressure, ischemic stroke and heart attack.
