An Incontinent Investigation: Why Does Donald Trump Have to Wear Adult Diapers?

Over the past weekend Donald Trump was the keynote speaker at the North Carolina Republican Convention. He was three hours late in appearing for his speech and then when he came on stage he appeared to have his dress pants on backwards, they were all wrinkled and were very puffy (padded) looking. Upon further review, I noticed that #DiaperDon was trending on Twitter and I had NO IDEA that Donald Trump has been wearing diapers for years (even though) it appeared that he was always carrying extra weight around his mid-section and buttocks before. This is my investigation into the question: Why does Donald Trump have to wear adult diapers?
