Blackburn Cuts Off Biden Nominee; "I'm Going To Stop You Right There"

During today's Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) interrupted Veronica S. Rossman, nominee to be United States Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit, when she claimed she didn't have a "specific judicial philosophy."
