When the Wall hits the Roof?
Like when the ………………….. hits the Fan.

I recently spoke with a Building Owner who is planning on recladding their building with metal wall panels. They have a Long-Term Contractors Roof Warranty and they were shocked to find out the roof warranty would be voided if they hired anyone but that roofing contractor to install the wall panels.

At this point they are frustrated because they can’t get competitive bids, are concerned that they are locked in with the same contractor for 20 years and are worried that their service will suffer because they have no other buying choices.
