1️ Incline DB Press - 4x8-10
2 Incline DB Flys - 4x10
3 Flat DB Hex Press - 4x10-12
4 Cross Body DB Raises - 4x10
5 DB Overhead Tricep Extensions - 4x10
6 Incline DB Skull Crushers - 4x10
7 Dips - 3 sets till failure
