新界粉嶺康樂公園在新界粉嶺祥華邨旁。
公園以中國江南水鄉為設計主題，
園中央有一個水池，夏天有荷花，很美麗。
水池旁有水榭（waterside pavilion），小山丘上設有涼亭，很不錯。
開放時間：每天06:30-23:00。
粉嶺康樂公園的名稱有康樂兩字，但這是中式公園。
公園旁有藏霞精舍（Chong Har Ching Ser）。
Fanling Hong Lok Park, New Territories, is next to Cheung Wah Estate, Fanling, New Territories.
The design of the park is based on the theme of the water village in the south of the Yangtze River in China.
