Good day everyone! Today I talk about fasting, many of its benefits. How the 3 meals-a-day habit in western society is not natural and it is not optimal for your physical or mental well being. Try this new lifehack today!!
I believe the people who wrote the food guides originally had good intentions in the beginning but... like most things that get mainstream attention. Eventually it gets corrupted because of human flaws like greed, power and selfishness. That's only my opinion though. Feel free to disagree.
