Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing longevity. Stating that he would like to see all of his listeners live to be super centenarians living to be 110 or more. Contending if people don't change their diets and supplement they won't have a chance to live to be age 110. Asserting it very important that people get gluten out of their lives.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a European study on french fry consumption. Finding people who eat french fries on a regular basis are twice as likely to die a premature death. They analyzed the potato eating habits of more than 4400 Americans. Following them for eight years during which 236 of the participants died. Also finding that eating other fried potato products such as hash brown had the same effect.
