Pork ribs prepped by trimming excess fat and removing membrane on the bones as well as scoring the meat to allow better penatration of the marinade. The pineapple was put in a blender with garlic & chili powder and blended until smooth. Then the ribs were coated with this paste and allowed to marinate overnight. After marinating overnight the ribs were placed in a Primo XL Ceramic Charcoal Grill and smoked at 325°f for two hours. They came out delicious 😋
