I continue to bring my concerns to this council. First, you need to open Chico City Council to EVERYONE without restrictions. Covid mandates are NO longer valid based on Health and Safety Code 101080. Secondly, Covid code enforcement is unlawful and must be stopped.

When this body follows unlawful mandates and coerces others such as employees and businesses to follow them, we loose the way our law-abiding body is supposed to function.

Requiring masks as a condition of entry or service is a violation of state and federal law:

ALL COVID-19 masks, whether surgical, N95 or other respirators, are authorized, not approved or licensed, by the federal government: They are EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION (EUA) only.

EUA products are by definition experimental and thus require the right to refuse. Under the Nuremberg Code, the foundation of ethical medicine, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is “absolutely essential.” Any EUA mandate requiring individuals to wear face masks conflicts with Section 360bbb-3(e)(1)(ii)(I-III), which provides that the person must be informed of the option to refuse to wear the device.

CA Civil Code 51: “All individuals in this jurisdiction are FREE and EQUAL - regardless of MEDICAL CONDITION or RELIGION - and are entitled to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or service in all businesses of every kind whatsoever.”

CA Gov Code 12926(q) Defines religious beliefs to include ALL ASPECTS of religious observances and practice, including the right NOT to participate in practices or activities that violates one’s beliefs.

CA Health and Safety Code 24171: Confirms the right of the individual to determine what is done to their own bodies.

CA Health and Safety Code 24172: An individual has the right to refuse consent to a medical experiment without duress, coercion, or influence.

Cease and desist immediately!

Call a press conference to address these issues and clearly communicate to ALL citizens they are FREE and EQUAL and allowed to resume all activities without unlawful threat.
