Idaho Lt. Gov TERMINATES Mask Mandate

On May 27th 2021, as allowed by Idaho’s Constitution, Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin signed Executive Order 2021-07 banning all state and political subdivisions from mandating the wearing of face masks, face shields or face coverings by individuals. Such face masks, shields or coverings shall not be required as a condition of entry into public schools, public places of employment or public services.
