[3 Ingredients] Simple way to make chewy chocolate pie

♣ Material
- 200g wet glutinous rice flour
- 80ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 100g dark chocolate
- (Optional) almond powder

♧ TIP
1. If you are using dry glutinous rice flour that has not been seasoned with salt, it is recommended to add salt (about 4g).
2. Oil may be used to prevent stickiness of rice cake.
3. Sugar can be adjusted according to your preference.
4. If the chocolate is hardened in refrigeration or freezing, the chocolate may melt quickly when left at room temperature.
5. It is even more delicious if you eat it cold.
