Deadlift💪 and OH Squats🏋️‍♀️ workout. 01/06/2021

Hi guys here is my workout from today. I was not fully recovered from my Lifting yesterday and had been doing some back to back shift's but workout is go to be done.

For Deadlift I tried wrist straps which is not in the video and also tried using alternate/mix grip for the first time. Please give video a Rumble, comment, subscribe and ask any questions. Thank You.
