Bill Heestand was the CEO of Heestand Company for over 32 years. Bill structured and completed a buyout of his company with a key employee. Since retiring, Bill has written a book on sales of a business to a key employee or family member called The Ownership Ladder which is available on Amazon. Bill has since created another company called Financially Worry Free (www.financiallyworryfree.com) which focuses on helping people retire well and retire early.
