Slow braised pork chops with Cheesy Cauliflower Rice

American cheese slices, with heavy cream, butter, salt & pepper to 1 whole riced cauliflower.

I always cook the cauliflower first to let the liquid out before adding the cheese.

The pork was browned in butter and seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika

I then added one tomato, 2 cups of bone broth
One onion
Three garlic cloves
More butter

(I usually add cherry tomato but didn’t have. The flavor was the same- but I missed the look of the smaller tomato)

Flip the chops after an hour on 325°, then top with butter and let it go until fork tender.

We like pork cooked till well done here, no med-rare pork chops are getting plated at my house- sorry!
