How to make Indian egg omelette toast at home/ Indian street food/one pan toast/在家做印度的歐姆蛋吐司/印度街道小吃

Ingredients:
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped tomato
2 tbsp butter
2 slices bread
1 slice ham
1 slice cheese

Instructions:
1. Chop the green onion, cilantro, garlic, onion, and tomato.
2. Beat the eggs with salt, chili powder, turmeric, onion, tomato, green onion, and cilantro very well.
3. Spread butter on one side of the bread.
4. On medium heat, melt butter in a pan.
5. Add the egg mixture into the pan. Dip the bread with the butter-less side down on the egg mixture for 2 seconds, then set aside.
6. Place the other bread slice in the egg mixture to cook. Sprinkle chopped garlic on top. Let it cook till the egg mixture starts to turn solid, then flip to the other side and cook for 30 seconds, then flip back to the original side.
7. Add cilantro, green onion, cheese, and ham on the bread.
8. Carefully fold the four sides of the egg onto the bread and put the soaked bread on top of the egg. Cook both sides.

作法:

2.打雞蛋加入鹽,辣椒粉,薑黃,洋蔥,番茄,大蔥和香菜。
3.將奶油塗在一片麵包的一面。
4.鍋子中火融奶油。
5.將蛋液倒入鍋中。將麵包不沾奶油的一面浸入蛋液中2秒鐘,然後將其取出放在一旁。
6.將另一片麵包放在蛋液中煎熟。撒上切碎的大蒜。煎至蛋液開始變硬,然後翻到另一面並煎30秒鐘,然後翻回原來的一面。
7.在麵包上加入香菜,蔥,奶酪和火腿。
8.小心地將雞蛋的四面折疊到麵包上,然後將浸泡的麵包放在雞蛋上。煮兩面。
