Gut Health Day 57

Good Morning
GRIZZ HERE. Life is worth the struggle. Love is worth the struggle. We are here for a reason. Not only do we need to find this reason we need to embrace it with love and kindness. Then share it with others so they benefit from it. Loving others isn't something you display for all to see it is something you do because it is needed and good. MATT 6; VS1-4
1“Be careful! When you do good things, don’t do them in front of people to be seen by them. If you do that, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
2“When you give to the poor, don’t be like the hypocrites. They blow trumpets in the synagogues and on the streets so that people will see them and honor them. I tell you the truth, those hypocrites already have their full reward. 3So when you give to the poor, don’t let anyone know what you are doing. 4Your giving should be done in secret. Your Father can see what is done in secret, and he will reward you.

Loving others as yourself is something that comes from with in and not done for any kind of reward except the knowledge of knowing you did something for that person that made them feel better about who they are. Set out to improve the lives of those God brings you because they are there for a reason. Improving how they feel about themselves starts with Improving how we feel about ourselves.
