Join the pupils of Victoria Park Primary in this wonderful initiative in Dundee as they start a maths lesson with a difference. You will hear from their teacher and education consultant Juliet Robertson, author of Messy Maths and Dirty Teaching, as they explain how outdoors can rejuvenate pupil and staff interest in maths.
The school make use of local greenspace in a park, a local and accessible space for all. This film was made as part of the Learning in Local Greenspace project, in partnership with Scottish Natural Heritage.
