Florida v Big Tech | State's law to regulate tech giants’ content-moderating decisions

The state of Florida became the first in America to ‘regulate’ how social media companies moderate – or restrict – user content. The newly introduced law targets big tech giants such as Facebook and Twitter for banning candidates running for office in Florida, and opens up the possibility for people to sue social media sites if policy has been applied inconsistently.
