Sideshow Enforcement

Sideshow activity is inherently dangerous to spectators, participants, the community, and our officers. In addition to conducting enforcement at sideshows, the Sacramento Police Department will continue to conduct follow-up investigations on vehicles and drivers who are observed participating in this dangerous activity. These follow-up investigations include obtaining vehicle seizure warrants which result in a 30 day impound on the vehicle and can be served safely on later date.
