B.C. provincial travel restrictions don't stop Sea to Sky “Freedom Protestival”

The town, whose economy relies heavily on the tourism industry, has been hard-done by provincial travel, gathering and business restrictions. Those restrictions, however, didn't stop demonstrators from holding a rally that was part protest, part festival.
