Snake Island - Brazil (Ilha da Queimada Grande)

Snake Island is also known as "Ilha da Queimada Grande" located approximately 33 kilometers off the coast of Brazil in the Atlantic Ocean. This is the only home of the critically endangered, venomous Bothrops insularis (golden lancehead pit viper).
