Chili with Black Soy Beans

If you are missing your beans on Keto this video will make you so happy! Using organic black soy beans, I show you how to make a chili loaded with massive flavor and it’s low carb.

Ingredients:
1 small red pepper diced
1/2 cup diced white onion
2 cups of water
5 oz roasted green chili
15 oz tomato sauce
15 oz diced tomatoes
1 T dried oregano
2 T ground cumin
3 T chili powder
1 lb grass fed organic hamburger
1 26 oz can of Eden Organic Black Soy Beans

Shredded cheese of choice to top chili with.
