America’s top public health expert Dr. Anthony Fauci says that he is “not convinced" COVID-19 developed naturally, and called for an open investigation into the virus’ origins. Last year, Fauci had largely dismissed the theory that the virus was genetically engineered and had leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China.
