No one yet knows the cause of yesterday's plane crash in a northeast Las Vegas neighborhood, but we do know the jet was owned and operator by Draken, a contracted company. Retired Brigadier General Robert Novotny says budget cuts are to blame for the outsourcing of aggressor squadrons.
