SJW quota's don't work

Discrimination is bad, really bad. Nobody should ever be discriminated against ever for any reason - unless there and absolute scumbag of course. Hiring people based on their race or sex is not only discrimination which is bad it's also stupid as it means your not hiring the very best just the best of what's available according to the tick box and they might be the exact opposite of what you need for your business.
