Purging the oath keepers?

To the left, anyone willing to live by the oaths the make is seen as extremist. They cannot have a military sworn to protect and defend the Constitution since it is the very Constitution that the left seeks to destroy.
It sort of reminds me of the plot to "The Three Musketeers."
