💚 Reach one of your arms up overhead - Palm facing in and hold an imaginary tray with your other hand.

💚 Drop the hand down with the palm facing out and catch the inside of that foot. If you're a Beginner, this is a WONDERFUL Place to stay hugging your knees together... if you truly want more...

💚 Once you're steady start to kick strongly back into that hand so the leg rises straight up behind you.

💚 Do your best to stay square with the hips and shoulders to the front.
