Ingredients :

250 gm Refined flour
150 gm Powdered sugar
½ tsp Baking powder
200 gm Butter
60 gm Chocolate chips
½ tsp Vanilla essence
1 Egg

Method: Take 200 gm butter in bowl, add 150 gm powdered sugar with 1 egg and whip the mixture.
Add fine particles of refined flour and ½ tsp baking powder for smooth texture. Add 60 gm chocolate chips and mix the dough.
Scoop the dough in the tray, then bake at 1500C for 20 minutes.
Serve baked cookies with chocolate sauce.
