Justice for Grassy Park family after 40-year wait

Eighth Avenue buzzed with excitement as Frank Marinus Junior’s daughters were given land restitution documents by Mayor Dan Plato for the vacant plot once used to divide coloured and white families and eventually ended up as public land, owned by the City.
