COVID-19 is Comparable to the Seasonal Flu

According to the The World Health Organization (WHO), the infection fatality rate (IFR) for COVID-19 is 0.05% in people younger than 70 years old. The WHO also estimates the IFR of the seasonal flu to be roughly 0.1%, which means that COVID-19 is LESS dangerous than the seasonal flu if you are younger than 70 years old.
