How to make Bread Pakora | Snacks| Indian foods | TastyFoods| Try this tasty dish

Bread Pakora is an Indian snack. A bread sandwich stuffed with potato mix is dipped in batter and deep fried in oil. This makes it spongy and crunchy at the same time.

Ingredients :
2 cup Chickpea flour
Ginger garlic paste
Red Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
1 cup water
Oil
Cumin seeds
2 Green chilies
400 gm boiled Potatoes Coriander Powder Aamchur powder
Chaat masala
Coriander leaves
½ cup Chopped
Onion
Bread slices
Tomato
Ketchup

Method : Prepare the batter by mixing 2 cup chickpea flour, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp red chili powder, ¹/⁴ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup water.

In a pan take 1 tbsp oil, put ¹/⁴ tsp cumin seeds, 2 green chilies, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and fry. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 400 gm mashed boiled potatoes, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 4 tsp aamchur powder, 4 chaat masala, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and mix the ingredients.
Take the potato stuffing in the bowl and mix ½ cup chopped onions with it. Make a bread sandwich with tomato ketchup and the potato stuffing. Cut it in triangular pieces. Dip the pieces in batter and deep fry in oil.

Serve tasty bread pakora with ketchup and chutney.
