Glarry GST Strat - Can an $80 guitar Not Suck - Watch and find out!!!

Hey All, Today we finally take a Deep Dive Into the GST strat-style guitar from our friends over at Glarry!

Very mixed opinions on these across the board and understandably so. Eighty dollar guitars have gotten a bad rep for years.

Glarry makes a whole range of guitars and all at extremely affordable prices. Recently, they have started putting Wilkinson pickups in their guitars, which should help immensely with sound quality.

My goal with this series was to present these guitars in a way that makes sense and is honest. The question I sought to answer is would these guitars serve as adequate learning tools for beginning guitarists or are they better off with something like a Squier Bullet?

I'll give you a little spoiler: The neck on this guitar is one of my favorite I've played.
